IPAF Operator 3a & 3b Mobile Scissor & Mobile Boom Course

Overview

IPAF Operator course with practical training session and assessment covering two powered access products – Mobile Vertical (3a) + Mobile Boom (3b).

Who should attend?

Those who use, supervise or manage the use of powered access, including scissor lifts, self-propelled boom lifts, trailer mounted boom lifts and aerial work platforms. Those who need to use only one category of powered access equipment should attend the Single Category course and those who need to use two categories of powered access equipment should attend the Dual Category course.

IPAF PAL Cards Go Digital!

From 1st December, all candidates who successfully complete their IPAF training will receive their licence, logbook, and safety guide digitally through the IPAF app straight to their phone rather than receiving a physical version as previously issued.

All IPAF documents including their licence will be accessible through ePAL which is free to download on all IOS and android devices. IPAF require all individuals attending an IPAF course to download the ePAL App prior to the training course. They will then be presented with a unique ID number. This number and the individuals email address must be passed to the instructor delivering the training at the time of the course.

Certification

Delegates successfully completing the course will receive an IPAF Certificate and Powered Access Licence (PAL) Card via the ePAL app valid for 5 years.
