Course Overview
Our Solar Installation Package teaches delegates practical skills for both residential and commercial Solar PV site installations (including Working at Height, Harness Awareness and Manual Handling), and also provides proof of competency upon assessment.
Course Content
Introduction to Solar Installation qualification includes Manual Handling, Working at Heights/Harness Awareness and Introduction to Solar Installations.
Delegates will complete a series of practical activities with pass/fail assessments.
Who Should Attend?
Solar Competency Programme (Roof Mount) qualification is a practical focussed course to provide proof of competency in the installation of solar panels for residential (slate and clay tiles) and commercial (including flat roofing) settings. In response to industry demands, this course is specifically designed for contractors including Roofers, Scaffolders, Construction Workers and Electricians seeking to expand their capabilities in response to industry demand.
