• Design / operation / maintenance requirements associated with hot and cold water systems


• Inspection regimes for hot and cold water systems, how to conduct them and when


• Risk Assessment (Competence / Recognised Bodies in the Industry / Requirements / Review / Schematic Drawings / British Standard BS 8580-1:2019)


• Written Scheme of Control (Definition / What It Should Include / Operation & Inspection of Hot and Cold Water Systems)


• Disinfection and general requirements for thermal and chemical disinfection
